This document is an appeal for an independent Croatian state, printed ca. 1919/1920. The appeal winds up asking "that Mr. Wilson and the representatives of the great Powers should recognize the independence of the Croatian people..." which would also include the formulation of a constitution and the removal of the Serbian army.
